PUPPY HAS BEEN VET CHECKED AND HAS BEEN FOUND TO BE FREE OF GENETIC DEFECTS AND IS IN GOOD HEALTH. CUSTOMER WILL HAVE THEIR STATE LICENSED VET CHECK THE HEALTH OF THE PUPPY WITHIN 48 HOURS TO VERIFY THE PUPS STATE OF HEALTH. Anything that occurs after the pup is 6months old is NOT our responsibility. PLEASE undestand this breed is known for having skin issues esp on Blue Coated pups and they are also have the potential of having hip problems because of the big size this breed can grow to be. Any pups sold as a pet because of early detected issues, we are not responsible for ANY issues once new owner receive pup.Any issues before the 48 hours, we will help with the vet bill, if the issue happens to be more than what the pup is worth, we will replace the pup with another pup of such vaule.  (Initial ____ )

All depsoits are non-refundable. Ear cropping is to be paid in full before the appointment is made if the client chose to do the surgery. BlueBerry is not respondible if ear crop does not turn how as you wished. all clients can have their preferred vet to do the ear crop. The client understand that the surgery has a risk in harming the puppy and agree being responsible for the vet bill if needed to save the puppy or deposit will will go toward the vet bill and contract between BlueBerry and Customer is terminated. If breeding is not successful, your desire gender or color is not produced or not enough pups are born your deposit can be transfer onto another breeding. or wait for the repeat. all DEPOSITS are NOT refundable. 

The buyer of the dog will not use the dog for any illegal purposes, whatsoever. 
If the Buyer cannot keep the dog for any reason, we (BlueBerryKennels) reserves the right to be notified ahead of time and given first purchase option or provide a temporary home until We (BlueBerryKennels) can find another home. If it is found that the dog has been placed without notification, surrendered or sold to a pet store, wholesale outlet, dog pound/shelter or rescue organization We (BlueBerryKennels) reserves the right to take immediate repossession of the dog!
